Refund Policy
Effective Date: April 27, 2026
This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions for Assets Flow ("the App"). Payments are processed by Paddle. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Refund Policy
- All transactions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except where required by applicable law
- Paddle may issue refunds on a discretionary basis in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy
- Refunds will not be issued where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour
- If you receive a refund, access to the relevant premium features will cease
2. Statutory Rights
Where local consumer protection laws grant statutory withdrawal or refund rights (such as the 14-day right of withdrawal in the EU/EEA/UK/Israel), those rights apply and override this policy. For details, see Paddle's Refund Policy.
3. Free Trial
- New Premium and Premium+ subscribers are eligible for a 14-day free trial
- No credit card is required to start the trial
- You may cancel at any time during the trial period at no charge
- If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your selected subscription plan will begin and you will be charged
4. Monthly Subscriptions
- Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance at the beginning of each billing cycle
- You may cancel at any time from your account settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No prorated refund is provided for unused days in the current billing period
- You retain access to all premium features until the end of the paid period
5. Annual Subscriptions
- Annual subscriptions are billed as a single upfront payment
- Annual subscriptions are non-refundable
- If you cancel an annual subscription, your access continues until the end of the 12-month period
6. How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time by:
- Opening the Assets Flow app and navigating to Settings > Subscription > Cancel
- Contacting us at service@assetsflow.work with your account email
You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation is processed.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact Paddle using one of the following methods:
- Use the "View receipt" or "Manage subscription" link in your transaction confirmation email
- Submit a request via paddle.net
- Email help@paddle.com

8. Data After Cancellation
- After cancellation, your account reverts to the Free plan
- If you have more than 2 active projects (Free plan limit), you can view them but cannot add new ones until you reduce to 2 or fewer
- Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation
- During this period, you can resubscribe and regain full access to all your data
- After 90 days, data associated with premium features may be permanently deleted
9. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
